Most Popular Individuals Living in Mumbai

Mumbai is a land of dreams and there are so many famous people living in the city, that the list becomes endless. Hence, here we would limit our list to very eminent personalities living in Mumbai. These individuals are  known for their work not only in India but also around the globe.

1. Shahrukh Khan(SRK)

Known as the King Khan, Bollywood Superstar Shahrukh Khan is a very successful and talented actor living in Bandra, Mumbai. Shahrukh made his telivision acting debut with the 1989 series Fauji. He then pursued acting in movies with his debut film Deewana in 1992 and later went on to become one of the biggest stars in Hindi Cinema. 
He is also the owner of KKR(Kolkata Knight Riders) team of the Indian Premiere League(IPL).
He currently has 17.7 million followers on Twitter

2. Amitabh Bachchan(Big B)

Amitabh Bachchan currently aged 73 is also a Bollywood Actor who gained popularity with movies like Zanzeer and Deewar in the 1970's . After that there was no looking back. Though the veteran actor has gone through tough times whether it be injury or financial losses, but he has only grown from strength to strength. 
He also hosted the Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC) series and people have just loved him for years for his charismatic personality displayed in the TV shows.
He lives in Juhu, Mumbai and currently has 19.2 million followers on Twitter.

3. Mukesh Ambani

Every times a list of the riches is published by Forbes, this Indian makes it to the list with his asset of around 20 Billion US $. He is the owner of the Reliance Industries and lives in Pedder Road, Mumbai.
He owns the Mumbai Indians team of the IPL. Reliance foundation, a philanthropic initiative from RIL is also headed by Mukesh Ambani and his wife Nita Ambani. He is not very active on Twitter though.

4. Sachin Tendulkar

Who does not know Sachin Tendulkar. Sachin is synonymous with Cricket in India. This great cricketer has broken so many records and created so many that it cannot be counted. He played his debut match for the country when he was only 16 yrs old.
He is also the co-owner of the Kochi team of ISL(Indian Super league - Football). He lives in Bandra, Mumbai.
